Big Day!!

We had a big day today! The weather was beautiful and warm, so we decided to take Tripp to the park. He rode the slide for the first time and he got in the big boy swing by himself. It's been so cold here we haven't been able to do any fun outings with him. After the park, we went for a stroll by this beautiful creek. We had an awesome day!
Since I haven't posted in a while, I thought I would update you on Tripp's latest adventure. I walked in the kitchen for a minute and came back to find Tripp half way up the stairs. No, we haven't put gates up....yet! We will this week. He's been crawling and pulling up for a long time now, but he just bolted up the stairs this week!

After church this morning!

Yeah for playgrounds! We just moved across the base to another house and it's right by an Elem. school, so we walked there yesterday to enjoy the warm weather and sunshine! Thankfully in this house we don't have stairs, but there are plenty of other things for him to climb on - he's also discovered that the cabinets open...

Precious pictures! I had a wonderful surprise at church yesterday - I got to see your precious mother-in-law... I hadn't seen her since a Destin Wal-Mart run in over 4 years ago! She got to meet Chance too... she's a doll! Made my day!

Hi Tegan it's Leigh Leigh...I was so happy to see that you posted new pictures! I love that I get to see you, David and Tripp even though you are so far away! I just laugh when you say you finally could go outside to play. We are so spoiled here in San Diego and I whine when it gets below 65 outside. Tripp is adorable. I can remember getting you dressed when you were about 2 years old at the ranch house and so cute and wondering to myself "I wonder what Tegan will look like when she grows up." and now to see you as a mama is so cute! Love ya!

Hey Tegan... we met at Jeana's wedding, and I went to school with David... Jeana told me about your blog site, since you guys live in Nashville. My husband, Mike and I have lived in the Nashville area since we came to school here in '96. It was fun to see your family; what a precious little boy. He is really so cute.
Maybe we'll run into each other, or we could get together sometime. I hope you are enjoying this area! We love living here. Take care! Samantha (Gentry) Jay
